A cold front is expected to move in from the north early next week and will bring a cool/dry surge of air to Alabama. This front looks to be moisture-starved, so we’re forecasting cooler fall weather without the rain! By next Tuesday morning, we could see morning temperatures in the 50s and upper 40s over north Alabama.

A disturbance to our south will increase clouds overnight and into the day on Friday. That same system will also bring scattered showers and a few rumbles to the area. Otherwise, expect plenty of clouds and afternoon highs cooler,

We saw a much better supply of sunshine Wednesday and the sky will remain mostly clear tonight with lows in the 60s.
