At least one person is dead after a fatal Saturday night crash near Federal Boulevard and Harvard Avenue in Denver, police said.

The man, who was driving the motorcycle, was killed. The woman was transported to North Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The incident report indicates that alcohol was involved in the crash. Neither person was wearing a helmet. The collision closed the westbound section of the highway for several hours on Saturday.

Troopers were notified of the crash at 11:53 a.m. Saturday and responded to North Waynesville Road in Wayne Township, just north of Middletown Road.
