Singer Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura, Sean 'Diddy' Combs' former girlfriend, was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday, Sept. 18, for the first time since his arrest earlier in the week.

Cassie Ventura is writing her own song now. The “Me & U” singer regained control of her story when she first detailed years of disturbing abuse allegations in a lawsuit filed against her ex-boyfriend and former producer Sean “Diddy” Combs last November.

In the suit, Cassie accused Combs of making her perform in “freak offs” with male sex workers, which are also at the center of the indictment. She also claimed Combs assaulted her in a Los Angeles hotel room in 2016,
