Pregnant Brittany Mahomes, who is expecting her third baby, reposted a video on her Instagram Stories of herself working out in a gym on Monday, Oct. 21.

Brittany Mahomes documented her commitment to avoiding “mom butt” during her pregnancy. In footage uploaded to her Instagram on Monday1, Mahomes, 29, showed off her intense fitness routine courtesy of fitness instructor Kirsty Rae.

In the short clip, Brittany, 29, was seen wearing a black bodysuit and white sneakers while using a cable crossover machine attached to her ankle to strengthen her booty. “Many women experience what’s called ‘mom butt’ during and after pregnancy, which happens when the glutes lose shape and muscle mass,” the trainer captioned the video.

It’s all about proper movement, posture, and progressive overload,” Mahomes’ fitness trainer, Kirsty Rae, shared in a post to Instagram on Monday.
