The nominees for the 2025 EE BAFTA film awards are being unveiled in London on Wednesday. Actors Will Sharpe and Mia McKenna Bruce are revealing the coveted shortlists at 12 p.m. GMT (4 a.m. PT) in a livestream from the U.K. Academy’s headquarters at 195 Piccadilly in the British capital.

Surprises And Snubs: Only five actors are nominated in the Oscars and Screen Actors Guild's acting categories, while the BAFTAs nominate six in each.

She lauded the list of nominations, particularly its variety, noting that six different genres were represented on the best film list.
