The parents of a 19-year-old killed in an alleged road rage incident late Friday are seeking the public's help to locate the person involved in the death of their son. Cody Johnson's unresponsive body was discovered by Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies outside his parked vehicle in the 23600 block of the westbound Katy Freeway service road in Houston.
