The Minnesota Vikings will have a new face snapping the ball this season as they have signed former Colts C Ryan Kelly to a two-year $18 million deal.

The Vikings signed former Indianapolis Colts center and Alabama Crimson Tide standout Ryan Kelly to a two-year deal worth $18 million. The contract includes $9 million guaranteed,

Kelly’s four-year, $50 million contract with the Colts expires at 3 p.m. CDT Wednesday, when the former Alabama All-American will be able to sign with Minnesota. Players with expiring contracts were allowed to begin negotiating with other teams on Monday.

Last March, defensive tackle Raekwon Davis signed a two-year, $14 million contract with the Indianapolis Colts. But the former Alabama standout won’t play the second half of that deal. The Colts released Davis on Thursday.
