ST. PETERSBURG — Former Rays player and coach Ozzie Timmons is rejoining his hometown team in a development role, working with young coaches and players.

The Brewers are looking to unearth another hidden gem -- with their latest reclamation project being 26-year-old Elvin Rodriguez.

The 2025 international signing period is slated to open on Wednesday, and a few teams will be flush with cash. The most any team has in its bonus pool entering the start of the cycle is $7.56 million.
