JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All eastbound lanes on Interstate 10 near Cecil Commerce Center Parkway (State Road 23) in Duval County are currently closed Thursday morning due to a crash, according to the Florida Department of Transportation. Florida Highway Patrol says the crash is fatal.

The Florida Highway Patrol said that at least one person died in the crash, which was reported around 6 a.m. Thursday.
