USC basketball star JuJu Watkins just started her sophomore season, and now she will be featured in a new NBC and Peacock docuseries titled On the Rise: JuJu Watkins.

JuJu Watkins is hitting the small screen in a different way than we’re used to seeing her. First reported on and announced by The Hollywood Reporter, Watkins is starring in and co-producing her very own sports docuseries for NBC and Peacock.

Klutch Sports, LeBron James' Uninterrupted and 4.4.Forty are among the producers on the project, which follows Watkins through high school and into college.

USC super sophomore JuJu Watkins is not only a returning All-American for the Women of Troy but a history-maker across the NIL space. This week, she adds another line item to her growing resume as she becomes the first women's college basketball player to to star in and executive produce her own show.
