Elon Musk positions Tesla Cybertrucks around LA with SpaceX Starlink and free Wi-Fi: providing power, internet connectivity to California wildfire victims.

Elon Musk said Wednesday that SpaceX would donate free Starlink terminals to provide internet access to areas in Los Angeles hit by huge wildfires.

LOS ANGELES - Elon Musk announced that SpaceX will provide free Starlink terminals to those impacted by the wildfires burning across Los Angeles County. He made the announcement Wednesday night while retweeting FOX 11's Chelsea Edwards who credited Starlink for providing connection and being able to broadcast.

United Airlines says in-flight Wi-Fi through Starlink will eventually be available on all United flights on seat-back screens and personal devices.

The airline and Musk launched the first Starlink-equipped Boeing 777 on a 22 October flight from Doha to London. Qatar Airways is the first airline in the Middle East to offer Starlink to passengers with internet that operates “from gate to gate”.
