Dismissed Bamban mayor Alice Guo, who has been linked to illegal Philippine offshore gaming operations and POGO-related crimes, claims she is a victim rather than a mastermind.

The Senate panel on women ordered the issuance of a subpoena against Alice Guo’s predecessor, ex-Bamban mayor Jose Antonio Feliciano, for failing to heed the chamber’s previous invitation for him to attend its proceedings.

After being portrayed as one of the alleged big bosses of illegal POGOs, dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo on Tuesday declared herself as a "victim" as she vowed to tell all in a Senate executive session.

Dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo arrived at the Senate in Pasay City from Pasig City Jail on Tuesday morning to attend the probe into Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGO), the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) said.
