President Biden delivered his final address at what Daniel Patrick Moynihan called “a dangerous place” – the United Nations. Sen. Moynihan served as Ambassador to the UN and years later learned that his opponents at the U.

In his fourth and final address to the U.N. General Assembly, President Biden said "we're at another inflection point in world history." Despite the escalating conflict in the Middle East, he said a diplomatic solution is still possible and said Russian President Vladimir Putin has "failed" in his invasion of Ukraine.

President Biden said the U.S. must not retreat from the world, as he delivered his final address to the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday as Israel and Hezbollah militants in Lebanon edge toward war and Israel’s bloody operation against Hamas in Gaza nears the one-year mark.

President Biden spoke to the United Nations General Assembly for the final time as president on Tuesday morning.
