The Kern County Elections Office issued a statement for Kern County voters who have been displaced due to the Borel Fire. Officials with the elections divisions say if you have been temporarily displaced you can do one of the following: Keep your current address: You can continue using your registered permanent address to vote if you plan on returning to your residence and mail delivery has been disrupted.
