Bridge Fire initially started 2:12 p.m. Sep. 8 in Los Angeles, San Bernardino County. After being active for 15 days, it has burned 54,878 acres, an increase of one more acre since the last update. A fire crew of 1,910 succeeded in containing 79% of the fire by Monday evening. Investigations into its cause are still ongoing.

Line Fire initially started 6:33 p.m. Sep. 5 in San Bernardino County. It has burned 39,232 acres after being active for 18 days. A crew of 2,082 firefighters has been working on site and they managed to contain 75% of the fire as of Monday evening. The fire is suspected to have been started deliberately.
