One of those tour events where I don’t think the pass is of much value, especially this time of year when the lines are very short or none at all. Like yourself we had a skip the line pass connected to another tour we were on. Went up the elevator without waiting and spent about 1 1/2 hours at the observatory (more than enough time in my opinion). Rented the optional $15 iPad per person that helped to Id the buildings visible from the tower. The display was of poor quality and I probably wouldn’t rent it again. But it was our first visit there so it was worth it.
How long is the average time spent in the one world trade centre? Also should I buy tickets in advance? I'm going for a week over Christmas. Thanks!

Hi, I would buy tickets in advance online. You go directly in, they take you to an elevator and you go straight up to the observatory deck. No lines, no waiting, really cuts down on your eating time. You could spend 1 - 1 1/2 hour on the observation floor. There are shops and refreshments on that floor as well as a restaurant. Didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't tell you how long that would be but if there was an option to make a reservation I would make one for that as well . Have a nice time. If you get a chance check out the museum I found it amazing, booking ahead for that worked very well . Hope this helps .
Can someone tell me how to get there by bus or train from Sheraton hotel Times Square? And what the fare is? Many thanks. Would prefer a bus if possible to see more.
